The official end date for TU Gallery is September 11, 2025. After that date, it will no longer be possible to access or use the service.

What will happen to the NFTs I have already purchased in TU Gallery?

Accepted Answer

The NFTs you have purchased on TU Gallery remain your property and are not affected by the closure of the marketplace. These digital assets are linked to the MetaMask wallet you used at the time of purchase.

Remember that in order to view them correctly, your wallet must be connected to the Polygon network.

My NFT had exclusive content. How does the closure of TU Gallery affect it?

Accepted Answer

In addition to the content visible in the NFT, some items included additional benefits such as extra images, downloadable files, ebooks, or other exclusive items. This content remains unique and accessible only to NFT owners.

If you purchased an NFT with exclusive content, you can download it by accessing the NFT listing or the “Purchased NFTs” section within your profile, where you will find an enabled download button.

Please note that this content will only be available until the termination date, so we recommend that you download it as soon as possible to ensure that you keep it.

Can I resell an NFT?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The NFTs you have purchased are entirely yours. This means you can display, transfer, or resell them on any other Polygon-compatible marketplace.

In TU Gallery, it will not be possible to resell NFTs purchased within the gallery, but you can manage them freely from your wallet.

If the NFT was issued as non-transferable, it remains permanently linked to your wallet, so you will not be able to sell or transfer it.

How do I view my NFT in my MetaMask Wallet?

Purchased NFTs may not automatically appear in your wallet; you have to add them manually to view them.

To view your NFT image in your MetaMask wallet, you need two pieces of information about the NFT:

· The contract number; and 
· The token ID of the NFT.

This information is available from your MetaMask wallet. To access it, simply:

1. Select the Polygon network in your wallet.
2. Go to the Menu and click on the “View on Polygonscan” option. You will see your wallet in the Polygon web format. 
3. Scroll down to the “Overview” section and click on the Token drop-down menu.
4. Select the token you want to view in your wallet from this list. It will be in the ERC-721 Tokens subgroup. Click on the name of your NFT. You will see the information about the NFT you purchased. 
5. Scroll down to the “Profile Summary” section. You will see the “Contract” field. This is the first piece of information you need: the contract number. Copy it. 
6. Now scroll down to the “Transfers” section, where you will see the transaction corresponding to your NFT. In the last column of the table, you will see the “Token ID” field, which is the second piece of information you need. Copy it. 
7. Now go to your wallet and click on NFTs. Your NFTs will appear here once you have linked them. Scroll to the bottom and click on “Add NFT.”

If I am a Creator, what happens to my sold NFTs?

NFTs that have already been purchased by buyers will remain visible and accessible from their wallets, provided they connect to the Polygon network.

Question 7

If I am a Creator, what happens to unsold NFTs? Can I migrate my collection?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can migrate your unsold NFTs to another marketplace. At TU Gallery, we will be happy to assist you within 15 calendar days from the completion date. To request this assistance, please email us at: marketnft@telefonica.com.

Question 8

If I am a Creator, are there any outstanding royalties?

Accepted Answer

Commissions/royalties that have already been paid into your wallet are final and will not be modified. The established royalties remain in place, and any sale made on a marketplace that complies with the corresponding standard will guarantee the payment of those royalties to the original creator in secondary transactions.
