The official end date for TU VerifAI is 11 September 2025. From that moment on, it will no longer be possible to access or use the service.

Will I still be able to access the platform to view past verifications?

Access will be available until the termination date. After this date, the platform and records will be permanently unavailable.

What will happen to the verifications I have already performed using VerifAI?

You can download the verifications performed up to the Termination Date. Once this period has passed, we will no longer store the queries performed.

What happens if I still have unused tests?

Accepted Answer

You can use them until the end date. If applicable, we will refund the unused amount proportionally using the same payment method you originally used.

Will the VerifAI API continue to function after discontinuation?

Accepted Answer

No. The Verifai API will cease to be operational as of the Termination Date. We recommend that you plan your transition to an alternative solution as soon as possible.
